In Uncle Scooby and Antarctica, a friendly penguin invites the Mystery, Inc. crew to visit his polar home, which happens to be haunted by an ice ghost! The cast had extra chorus girls and boys, and there were full production numbers, turning into the very thing it was spoofing. Beginning with the arrival by canoe of a TV and VCR in their village, The Spirit of TV documents the emotions and thoughts of the Waiãpi as they first encounter their own recorded images and those of others. Viewing news broadcasts and videos of other Brazilian native peoples, the Waiãpi see the power of images to facilitate memory preservation and political awareness. Some people worry, though about the invasive spirits of outsiders that can come through the TV. Another concern is the negative exposure that might result from the Waiãpi broadcasting their own images.

The film revolves around a young man who falls in love with his cousin, but her mother rejects this love and marriage, and tries to marry her to an older and wealthy man, to ask her cousin to volunteer in the fleet to help speed up the marriage.

Shiva Kapoor (Jeetendra) is an assertive and honest young man and has the tendency to help people in need, which gets him to come to the rescue of a man who was being assaulted by hired goons. He gets to meet Dharma (Dharmendra), another young man, who has been the target of Supariwala and Solanki, and together they join forces to combat the gangsters. Unrelated to this saga of vengeance is the story of Dharma's brother, who is in love with the same woman as Kumar (Rahul Roy) is, and a heartbroken Kumar has sworn to kill Dharma's brother and anyone else who dares to stand in his way.

Billy and his pals, on the run from the law again, travel to Sage Valley where Billy is made Sheriff. The local outlaw gang is run by Kansas Ed who closely resembles Billy. Ed captures Billy and changing clothes with him, now plans to run the town as Sheriff.
